Site visits are available in Orlando and Orange County when a project needs an in-person evaluation. We review accessible conditions, discuss your concerns, and identify the drawings or letters needed.
Letters and opinions reflect the conditions we can observe and the records available. We explain any limits and identify additional information needed for the permit review.
Outside Orlando and Orange County, visits are considered case by case based on location, scope, and availability. Design and permitting support are available statewide.
